Seeds are specialized living products that are sensitive to storage, climate, soil, and growing conditions. To provide all customers with a fair, transparent, and friendly shopping experience, Budzeno has established the following official Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.

I. Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order after checkout, please submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Once your cancellation request is approved, a full refund to your original payment method will be processed within 2 days. This is Budzeno's refund processing time and does not guarantee that the funds will appear in your account within 2 days. Banks and payment providers may require additional time.

II. Return Policy

Core Return Terms

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

Accepted Conditions:
Eligible items must be NEW, unused, unopened, and in their original condition. We accept returns for defective products and for non-defective products that meet the eligibility requirements.

Return Method:
Returns are made by mail. If your return is approved, Budzeno will provide return instructions and a return shipping label at no charge. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Eligible Return Reasons

Returns are accepted for the following situations:

  • Product quality issues, including mold, pest damage, poor quality, incorrect variety, or quantity shortage

  • Severe packaging damage caused during shipping

  • Wrong items shipped or missing items caused by our fulfillment team

  • Personal-reason / non-defective returns submitted within the 30-day return period, provided the items are NEW, unused, unopened, and in their original condition

Return Request Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@budzeno.com

  2. Provide your order number and return reason

  3. Attach photos of the product or packaging if necessary

  4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days

  5. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions

  6. Mail the item back to the designated return address. Eligible items must remain NEW, unused, unopened, and in their original condition

Return Shipping Cost Rules

  • Return shipping is free for eligible returns, including defective and eligible non-defective returns.

  • Budzeno provides the return shipping label at no charge. There is no restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Return requests submitted after the 30-day return window

  • Intentional damage caused by customers

  • Improper long-term storage resulting in product deterioration or complete spoilage

III. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Items must meet the eligibility requirements described in this Refund Policy. Examples of reasons for an exchange include:

  • Quality defects

  • Shipping errors

  • Damaged packaging

  • Incorrect seed varieties

After review and confirmation of the returned product, replacement items will usually be shipped within 2–3 business days at no additional cost to the customer.

IV. Important Additional Notes

Seed germination and growing performance are affected by many objective factors, including:

  • Local climate

  • Soil quality

  • Planting methods

  • Seasonal changes

  • Watering conditions

  • Sunlight exposure

Budzeno guarantees seed quality and basic germination standards, but growing results may vary depending on environmental and cultivation conditions.

Problems caused by improper planting methods or uncontrollable natural conditions are not considered product quality issues. However, our gardening support team is always happy to provide free planting guidance and assistance.

All return and refund services are currently limited to customers within the United States.

Budzeno reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website.
