Seeds are specialized living products that are sensitive to storage, climate, soil, and growing conditions. To provide all customers with a fair, transparent, and friendly shopping experience, Budzeno has established the following official Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.

I. Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order after checkout, please submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Once your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Actual processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

II. Return Policy

All products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

We accept returns for both unopened products and opened/used seed products within the valid return period.

  • Severe packaging damage caused during shipping

  • Wrong items shipped or missing items caused by our fulfillment team

  • Personal reason returns submitted within the 30-day return period

Return Request Process

  2. Provide your order number and return reason

  3. Attach photos of the product or packaging if necessary

  4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days

  5. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions

  6. Ship the item back to the designated return address whenever possible using the original packaging

After we receive and inspect your returned package, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Cost Rules

  • If the return is caused by our error, including defective products, shipping mistakes, missing items, or shipping damage, Budzeno will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is requested for personal reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Return requests submitted after the 30-day return window

  • Intentional damage caused by customers

  • Improper long-term storage resulting in product deterioration or complete spoilage

III. Exchange Policy

Budzeno provides exchange services for products with:

  • Quality defects

  • Damaged packaging

  • Incorrect seed varieties

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery.

After review and confirmation of the returned product, replacement items will usually be shipped within 2–3 business days at no additional cost to the customer.

IV. Important Additional Notes

Seed germination and growing performance are affected by many objective factors, including:

  • Local climate

  • Soil quality

  • Planting methods

  • Seasonal changes

  • Watering conditions

  • Sunlight exposure

Budzeno guarantees seed quality and basic germination standards, but growing results may vary depending on environmental and cultivation conditions.

Problems caused by improper planting methods or uncontrollable natural conditions are not considered product quality issues. However, our gardening support team is always happy to provide free planting guidance and assistance.

All return and refund services are currently limited to customers within the United States.

Budzeno reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website.
